Our lives are busier than ever these days, where seemingly unending lists of commitments can be overwhelming and the sheer quantity of information we take in every day can leave us feeling overloaded. Many more people than ever are looking at mindfulness training, relaxation techniques and meditation to help maintain their mental health and increase their emotional wellness in these hectic times. Creativity training can yield many similar benefits, such as sharpening mental acuity, supporting emotional well-being and boosting self confidence. The great thing is, you don’t have to be an artist, and anyone can benefit from it.

Our warm, eclectic studio space is a great place for anyone wanting to make the time for themselves to reconnect with their creative side. Whether you’re 8 or 80, an artist or an executive, you are welcome.

We offer materials, prompts, and facilitators to help you with your creativity training. We combine the practices of artmaking and writing into a fun and thoughtful session that will activate your creative brain. Book a one hour session to suit your schedule, or drop-in for a hour or more.
